HR, Talent Assessor Specialist.

Job Description • To conduct assessment for external candidate and internal employee • Competency Assessment • Provide diagnostic and evaluation competency report • Handle project/ research for assessment center • Requirements: • Minimum age 30 years old • Have work experience in Business Process Outsourcing • Understand the tools test (kraplein, wartegg, disc, tpa, etc) • Minimum Master Degree from Psychology major with minimum GPA 3.00 • Fluent in English, both verbal and written • Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, powerpoint, and Internet) • Highly Motivated, able to work under pressure, discipline, client & target oriented, energetic, adaptive and fast learner • Good in analytical thinking, communication, and problem solving • Experience in doing massive recruitment • Having knowledge in scoring, reporting and interpretation of psychology tools.
